The Slavik family has been in the Plumbing & HVAC industry in Broome County, NY for 40 years. George Slavik Jr. got involved in the trade while in High School. He has owned and operated businesses in this field for 35 years. His sons George III & Joseph have followed in dad’s footsteps. They are currently leading the next generation of the Slavik family in the field and plan to for many years to come.

Our team is comprised of some of the most talented people in the industry. Many of our teammates have been in the industry for over 30 years and we also have a solid roster of young talent. Our company is filled with hard working, respectable, and talented individuals who excel in the trade. We continue to strengthen our company through our registered New York State apprenticeship program with on site instruction. We are always looking to add great people to our team.
George Slavik III, President
George has grown up working with his father in the industry. He graduated in 2010 from Penn State University’s Architectural Engineering program. After college he went to work in the field and office to learn the business inside and out. George graduated from Binghamton University’s Executive MBA program and holds a New York State Professional Engineering License.
George is a Licensed Master Plumber.

Joe Slavik, Vice President
Joe has grown up working with his father in the industry. He graduated in 2014 from SUNY Cortland’s business economics program. In college, Joe was an all American lacrosse player which has provided him with great leadership skills in the industry. After college he went to work in the field on major projects gaining experience and then went on to be a project superintendent. Joe looks forward to an expanded role within this company.
Joe is a Licensed Master Plumber.

George Slavik Sr., Senior Chief Advisor
George Sr. began his plumbing career in the 1980s as an apprentice at a local mechanical company. With over 40 years of experience, he has successfully operated in the mechanical business in the Southern Tier. Born and raised in downtown Binghamton, George maintains strong ties to the community, which are important both personally and professionally. He started his education at Broome Tioga BOCES during high school and later attended Delhi University. After completing his studies, George felt it was crucial to return to the area where he grew up to have success in business. His sons, George III and Joseph, followed in his footsteps and entered the mechanical industry. Working together, they are committed to serving the community they call home. George specializes in all aspects of plumbing, heating and air conditioning including both commercial and residential services. He is a Licensed Master Plumber.
