Binghamton University Science III Renovation
Project Description
Slavik & Company has been awarded the Plumbing, HVAC & Fire Protection Contracts for the Binghamton University Science III Renovation. Binghamton University’s Science III building is undergoing a major renovation in which we are installing all new Plumbing, HVAC, and Sprinklers systems. This phase focuses on almost 100,000 square feet of space, creating new classrooms, offices, and labs. There also will be significant work in the greenhouse. This project is underway and will be completed in Fall 2027.
Delaware Academy CSD
Project Description
Slavik & Company has been awarded the Plumbing Contract for the Delaware Academy CSD. This project includes the renovation of plumbing systems for their technology and agriculture department. This project is underway and will be completed in Fall 2026.
Oneonta CSD
Project Description
Slavik & Company has been awarded the Plumbing Contract for the Oneonta CSD.. This project includes the new construction of a storage building, renovation of their existing hot water system, and providing new roof drains for a roof replacement. This project is underway and will be completed in Fall 2026.
UHS Upper Front St Clinic
Project Description
Slavik & Company has been awarded the Plumbing, HVAC & Fire Protection Contracts for the Upper Front St Clinic. This project includes the renovation of an existing staples into a clinic. We are installing all new Plumbing, HVAC, and Sprinkler systems in the building. This project is underway and will be completed in Fall 2025.
Town of Sanford Garage
Project Description
Slavik & Company has been awarded the Plumbing Contract for the Town of Sanford Garage. This project includes the new construction of a garage including all new compressed air, sanitary, water, and propane systems to meet their needs. This project is underway and will be completed in Spring 2026.
Binghamton University Oneida Hall Renovation
Project Description
Slavik & Company has been awarded the HVAC Contract for renovation of the Oneida Residence Hall at Binghamton University. This project includes the renovation of an existing buildings mechanical system including boiler room upgrades. This project is underway and will be completed in Fall 2025.
Salvation Army
Project Description
Slavik & Company has been awarded the Plumbing, HVAC & Fire Protection Contracts for the Salvation Army in Binghamton. This project includes the renovation of an existing buildings mechanical and plumbing systems while installing a new sprinkler system. A new kitchen will be provided to serve the community. This project is underway and will be completed in Fall 2025.
Maine Endwell CSD Middle School
Project Description
Slavik & Company has been awarded the HVAC Contract at the Maine Endwell CSD Middle School. This project includes the addition of all new air-conditioning throughout the middle school. We are installing a new exterior chiller, a new chilled water plant, and all new chilled water piping throughout the building. We are also upgrading their heating system with new unit ventilators and roof top units. This project is underway and will be completed in Fall 2026.
SUNY Broome Decker Health Renovation
Project Description
Slavik & Company has been awarded the Plumbing, HVAC & Fire Protection Contracts at SUNY Broome for their Decker Health Building Renovation. This project includes installing medical gas per NFPA 99 along with new mechanical systems, bathrooms renovations, and retrofitting the sprinkler system. This project is underway and will be completed in Fall 2025.
Harpursville CSD
Project Description
Slavik & Company has been awarded the Plumbing Contract at Harpursville CSD. This project includes the construction of a new transportation facility in which we are installing new plumbing systems including fuel oil tanks and a new bus wash system. We are also renovating bathrooms in the existing school. This project is underway and will be completed in Fall 2025.
Amphenol Aerospace
Project Description
Slavik & Company has been awarded the Plumbing Contract at Amphenol Aerospace This project includes the construction of an addition to their existing plating building. Our work includes new storm piping, sanitary, and domestic water piping to meet their needs. This project is underway and will be completed in Spring 2026.
Unatego CSD
Project Description
Slavik & Company has been awarded the Plumbing & HVAC Contracts at Unatego CSD. This project included the renovation of the mechanical systems in the school including adding air-conditioning to many classrooms and offices. We also renovating their existing bus garage. This project is underway and will be completed in Fall 2025.
Chenango Forks CSD
Project Description
Slavik & Company has been awarded the Plumbing & Fire Protection Contracts at Chenango Forks CSD. This project included the construction of a new state of the art pool addition along with a courtyard locker room addition.

Lansing CSD
Project Description
Slavik & Company has been awarded the HVAC & Plumbing contracts at Lansing CSD. This project was a renovation of the existing mechanical systems adding all new air conditioning to the building. Also the boiler system was upgraded with a complete renovation of the mechanical room. We are also working on a renovation of their technology building adding new plumbing and mechanical for a new bathroom. This project is underway and will be completed in Fall 2025.
Vestal DOT Highway Garage
Project Description
Slavik & Company has been awarded Plumbing contract for the new Vestal DOT Highway Garage. This was a new building in which we are installing all new plumbing systems including sanitary, compressed air, and domestic water for the needs of the garage. This project is underway and will be completed in Winter 2025.
Veterans Resource Center
Project Description
Slavik & Company has been awarded Plumbing, HVAC & Fire Protection work on the new Veterans Resource Center in Binghamton. This was a new building that will be dedicated to providing much needed resources for our Veterans. We installed all new Plumbing, HVAC, & Fire Protection systems. This project is underway and will be completed in Spring 2025.
Waverly CSD
Project Description
Slavik & Company has been awarded the HVAC contract for the Waverly High School Project. This involved replacing existing unit ventilators with new while also adding air conditioning to the classrooms. There was also a large renovation of the gymnasium, locker rooms, offices, and tech wings. This project is underway and will be completed in Fall 2024.
City of Ithaca Fire Station
Project Description
Slavik & Company has been awarded the HVAC, and Fire Protection work for the new City of Ithaca Fire Department building. This project will kick off in the first quarter of 2024 with completion in 2025. We will be installing a geothermal well field, with a state of the art electric HVAC system in the building, along with a new sprinkler system.
UHS Pharmacy
Project Description
Slavik & Company has been awarded the Plumbing, HVAC, and Fire Protection work for the new UHS Pharmacy Project in Johnson City. This involved completely removing the existing and putting all new systems in. This project is underway and will be completed in Winter 2024.
Binghamton University New Athletic Fieldhouse
Project Description
Slavik & Company has been awarded the Plumbing and HVAC work for the Binghamton University athletic fieldhouse. This is an extension to the project we recently completed with their new baseball stadium! We are excited to keep rolling onto the next phase at this facility. This new building will be an indoor training facility for baseball and other sports on campus.
Binghamton CSD
Project Description
Slavik & Company has been awarded the Plumbing and HVAC work for the Binghamton City School District MEP Improvements Project. We will be doing upgrades to their central plant equipment including new cooling towers, chiller, and rooftop units. This project is underway and will be complete Summer 2024.
Town of Windsor New Highway Garage
Project Description
Slavik & Company has been awarded the Plumbing and Fire Protection work for Town of Windsor New Highway Garage. We will be installing all new plumbing and fire protection for this new building. The garage has extensive trench drainage and specialty piping for their maintenance needs.
Government Contractor Project
Project Description
Slavik & Company has been awarded the Plumbing and HVAC work for a government contractor working on a project for the US NAVY. The project name and location is kept private, but this is an exciting project to be a part of!
Innovation Associates
Project Description
Slavik & Company has been awarded the Plumbing and Fire Protection work for the Innovation Associates Renovations in Binghamton and Johnson City. This project involves retrofitting their existing systems to meet their current needs. This project is underway and will be completed in Fall 2023.
UHS Early Education Center
Project Description
Slavik & Company has been awarded the Plumbing, HVAC, and Fire Protection work for the new UHS Early Education Center in Johnson City. This involved completely removing the existing and putting all new systems in. This project is underway and will be completed in December 2023.
SUNY Oneonta: Interior Renovations
Project Description
Slavik & Company has been awarded the Plumbing & HVAC work for a project at SUNY Oneonta renovating various buildings. We are installing all new Plumbing & HVAC for bathroom renovations at various sites around campus. This project is underway and will be completed Spring of 2024.
Binghamton University Greenhouse Renovations
Project Description
Slavik & Company Slavik & Company has been awarded the Plumbing work for the Binghamton University Greenhouse Renovations. We are installing new plumbing for irrigation, maintenance, and an evaporative cooling system. It will be very cool to work inside this teaching greenhouse!
Binghamton University New Welcome Center
Project Description
Slavik & Company will be installing all of the new Plumbing and Fire Protection at the new Binghamton University Welcome Center. This project is underway and will be completed in the Fall of 2024. This small but very cool building will become the doorstep to the University!
Greater Ithaca Activities Center
Project Description
Slavik & Company has been awarded the Plumbing and Fire Protection work for the Greater Ithaca Activities Center (GIAC). We will be installing all new plumbing and fire protection for the renovation of the rec center in downtown Ithaca.
Chenango Valley CSD
Project Description
Slavik & Company has been awarded the Plumbing work for the Chenango Valley Central School District! We will be installing all new pool equipment and various plumbing renovations throughout the district. This project is underway and will be completed Fall of 2024.
Walton CSD
Project Description
Slavik & Company has been awarded the Plumbing work for the Walton Central School District. We are performing plumbing work in the kitchen and bathrooms at the elementary school. This project is underway and will be completed Summer 2023.
Binghamton CSD Woodrow Wilson
Project Description
Slavik & Company has been awarded the Plumbing work for BCSD Woodrow Wilson Upgrades. We are installing new plumbing, bathrooms, and sinks for the pre-k area. This project is underway and will be completed Summer of 2023.
Homer CSD
Project Description
Slavik & Company has been awarded the HVAC work for the Homer Central School District! We are installing new control valves on equipment for energy savings, and new HVAC systems for various renovations throughout the district. We also are supporting roof replacements in the district by removing and replacing equipment. This project is underway and will be completed Fall 2024!
Norwich CSD
Project Description
Slavik & Company has been awarded the Plumbing work for the Norwich Middle & High Schools! We are installing new welded and threaded steel gas piping on the roof. This project is underway and will be completed Summer of 2023.
Cortland E911: Communications Center
Project Description
Slavik & Company has been awarded the Plumbing & HVAC work for the Cortland County E911 Communications Center. We are installing new boilers, water heaters, bathrooms along with a brand new VRF system with energy recovery. This project is underway and will be completed in the Fall of 2023.
National Retail Stores Projects
Project Description
Slavik & Company has been involved in fit outs for many national retailers for Plumbing, HVAC, and Fire Protection work. Recently, we have completed projects for Burlington Coat Factory, Jo Ann Fabrics, Jersey Mike’s, Zoom Tan, Gerber Collision, amongst others. Johnson City Village Hall & DPW Facility
Project Description
Slavik & Company has been awarded the HVAC work for the Village of Johnson City New Village Hall & DPW Facility! This project is located a block from our office and features a new VRF system for heating and cooling along with vehicle exhaust for the DPW’s vehicles!

Binghamton University Pharmacy R&D Building
Project Description
Slavik & Company will be installing all of the new Plumbing, HVAC, & Fire Protection systems for the Binghamton University Pharmacy R&D Building. This innovative project is located in the heart of Johnson City in the new Healthcare & Science Campus. This building will serve as an addition to the existing Pharmacy Building and will house Research & Development. Although not an extremely large building this project features some of the most high tech equipment and controls you will find. We are very excited to work on this project starting in the summer of 2022! Another great project in our neighborhood!
Ford Block Apartments
Project Description
Slavik & Company will be installing all of the new Plumbing for the Ford Block Apartments in Oneonta, NY. This project will take a historic building in downtown Oneonta and turn it into market rate apartments. We are excited to kick this project off in Late Summer 2022!
Afton CSD
Project Description
Slavik & Company will be installing all of the new Plumbing for the Afton Central School District Science Classroom Renovation. We are excited to kick this project off in Summer of 2022!
EJ Victory Building
Project Description
Slavik & Company will be installing all of the new Plumbing, HVAC, & Fire Protection systems at the EJ Victory Building in Johnson City. This historic building was built in 1921 and was where Endicott Johnson once manufactured over 30% of the nation’s shoes at the time. It has been abandoned for many years and now is being given new life. This project will turn the building into a 156 unit apartment complex. We are very excited to be a part of this project, especially due to the fact that it is right around the corner from our facility!

Slavik & Company is starting the Plumbing & Fire Protection work at the new Elmira HS Stadium project in March 2021. This project features large fieldhouse bathrooms for spectators, upgrades to concession and press box as well as new locker rooms. We are excited to be a part of this project!

Slavik & Company is working on the Plumbing contract at the Harpursville Central School District which started in the Fall of 2020. We are renovating bathrooms, classrooms, auditorium and janitorial spaces. We are also adding new touchless drinking fountains with bottle fillers.

New Baseball Clubhouse

Slavik & Company will be installing all of the Plumbing, HVAC, & Fire Protection work at the brand new Binghamton University Baseball Clubhouse. We are very excited to be a part of this project which will be a huge addition to the campus. This new building features state of the art energy efficient systems. School District
Project Description
Slavik & Company is working on the HVAC contract at the Oxford Central School District during the Summer of 2020. We are upgrading a boiler in the primary school, retrofitting areas in the middle and high schools, as well as a new HVAC system in the brand new bus garage. The bus garage features radiant snow melt heat, a boiler room, and a high efficiency VRF system.

School District
Project Description
Slavik & Company is working on the Plumbing & HVAC contracts at the Maine Endwell Central School District during the Summer of 2020. We are adding air conditioning to the Homer Brink Elementary School with a new chilled beam system. We also are performing Plumbing work at multiple schools at the district including new toilet rooms, food service classrooms, and bus maintenance equipment.

Slavik & Company is working on the Plumbing contract at the Vestal Central School District during the Summer of 2020. We are renovating bathrooms at multiple schools along with changing sinks in classrooms and added drinking fountains with bottle fillers.
